Cavalry Park to expand

Pearson Donaldson Properties has already developed 12 business units on site providing 20,000 square feet of office space at Rowan Court and Silverbirch Studios.

The company’s latest venture, Cherry Court, will provide a further 11 business units amounting to 11,500 square feet of modern office accommodation. The development comprises of a nest of 3 single storey pavilions and there is a good selection of office layouts which can be purchased, leased or rented with an option to buy. Construction work commenced on site just before Christmas and should be completed in September 2009.

Scottish Enterprise, responsible for masterplanning and site infrastructure recently sold the last remaining plot of around one acre to Pearson Donaldson and Nigel Watson, Director for Infrastructure at Scottish Enterprise said” This is a major step in completing Cavalry Park’s facilities and we are delighted to be working with Pearson Donaldson who are clearly looking to the future to grow their portfolio in difficult trading times.
