CEO welcomes Lord Smith of Kelvin as new Chair of Scottish Enterprise

Steve Dunlop, chief executive of Scottish Enterprise, said: “We are delighted to welcome Lord Smith of Kelvin as the new Chair of Scottish Enterprise.
