Scottish Enterprise knowledge series helps businesses tap into new markets
Scottish Enterprise has launched its latest knowledge series, which aims to highlight how companies can access and exploit new market opportunities for growth.
The new markets knowledge series will give companies information, expertise and examples of how their business can take full advantage of the opportunities in new markets. It also details the specific products and services that Scottish Enterprise and Scottish Development International offer to help customers modify their approach and grow their business.
A key part of the knowledge series is “live” case studies, which follow three companies as they try to break into new markets. Textiles company Fraser Balgowan, rapeseed oil producer Mackintosh of Glendaveny and telecoms provider Kube Networks will regularly update their progress through video diaries and other social media.
The knowledge series is a free source of online support – including practical resources, such as downloadable guides, video case studies and tips from businesses and industry experts. New markets is the second in the series and follows on from the low carbon knowledge series, launched earlier this year.
